Egyptian filmmaker Nada Riyadh and Egyptian filmmaker and producer Ayman El Amir’s debut documentary, Happily Ever After (2016) premiered at IDFA. The Trap, directed by Riyadh and produced by El Amir, was selected for La Semaine de la Critique at Cannes in 2019.
Nada Riyadh is an alumn of various film workshops, including La Fabrique (Cannes), Next Step (La Semaine de la Critique), Berlinale Talents, and the American Film Showcase.
Ayman El Amir has worked as a script consultant for labs and institutes, including TorinoFilmLab, the Doha Film Institute, and the Atlas Workshops.
The Brink of Dreams, the duo’s second feature-length documentary, premiered in La Semaine de la Critique in 2024.
